Origination
We identify and qualify supply sources — national oil companies, trading houses, and independent producers — and agree on product specifications, volume, and pricing basis.

Due Diligence
Full KYC and sanctions screening of all counterparties against OFAC, UN, EU, and UAE Central Bank lists before any contract is signed.

Execution
Contracts issued, payment terms agreed, and third-party inspection arranged. Title passes on agreed delivery terms — CIF, FOB, or CFR as required.

Settlement
Payments processed through regulated banking channels. Full documentation package — SGS/Intertek certificates, B/L, COO, COQ — provided to buyers.
